Everyone at Highland is absolutely amazing, caring, pleasant, helpful, etc. They have gone above and beyond each and every time for our Charlie Waffles and have gotten him through some really tough times. It’s because of them our Waffles is still with us. We are beyond grateful for the entire staff. We appreciate all of you so very much!!!
Nicky had a technician appointment for an allergy shot. The process was quick and easy, and the technician and front desk staff were all friendly and professional. Great experience! In April 2024, our dog, Nicky, received his annual exam at Highland from Dr. Merkel. She is an amazing veterinarian and gave Nicky the most thorough examination, answered all of our questions, recommended some testing, and offered advice on a supplement for joint health. It was a great experience for Nicky and for us as his dog parents. The support staff at Highland are great, too. They are always friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. All in all, Highland is an exceptional practice and we recommend them to everyone we know.
I have three cats that I have taken to Highland Animal Hospital for years. They are fantastic. Staff is very professional at all times, and they are wonderful with all my pets. Highly recommend them to everyone. Always have great visits.
Dr. Mattson is great with my Rottweiler! My dog is about 128 lbs after losing some weight. He has white coat syndrome and gets aggressive. Dr. Mattson handles him with care and will not do unnecessary tests and charge you millions of dollars. He really cares about your pet and you and takes the time to listen and give his best advice. I’ve been to many vets in the area and I will never go anywhere else again! You can count on the staff to be genuine and understanding during the stress of having to take your pet to the vet. I 100% recommend using Highland. You won’t get better care anywhere else!
Highland Animal Hospital is an excellent veterinary center. We have been taking our pets there for over 20 years. Care is thorough and kind, and veterinarians are up to date on the latest treatments. Dr. Matson treats my pets exclusively because he learns to know them well. He is knowledgeable and has our pets’ best interests at heart. All the veterinarians are excellent.
Highly recommend Highland Animal. Professional, kind, caring, compassionate care. Dr. Sheasley goes above and beyond in managing and caring for my diabetic fur baby, as do all the veterinarians with the other fur babies I care for. I’ve been going to Highland for 40+ years.
